The defendant, Charles Wade "Bud" Stapleton, was indicted for aiding and abetting first degree murder, aiding and abetting armed robbery, and two counts of being an habitual criminal. He was convicted of aiding and abetting second-degree murder and was sentenced to a term of 50 years in the State penitentiary. On this appeal, the defendant presents sixteen issues for review. After considering them, we conclude that the judgment of conviction must be affirmed.
